BACKGROUND
Patients with ESCKD on dialysis have a high preva- lence of AF and at a very high risk for thromboembolic and bleeding events. OAC has not proved a net clinical benefit yet. The aim of this registry was to analyze the effectiveness and safety of LAAO in a cohort of patients on dialysis.
